BHAFC Foundation draw for a visit by Albion mascot Gully to a school – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- By participating in this prize draw, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- The promoter of this competition is Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation, registered Charity No. 1110978. Company limited by guarantee in England and Wales (No.5122343). How to enter
- To enter the BHAFC Foundation prize competition, you need to create a booking for a BHAFC Holiday Soccer School in the Easter holiday period (30 March 2026 – 10 April 2026).
- BHAFC Foundation accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind.
- By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact info@bhafcfoundation.org.uk.
- BHAFC Foundation reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
- This prize competition is open to anyone over the age of 13.
- Entrants under 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering this prize competition. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.
- BHAFC Foundation reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.
- Prize draw winners may refuse the award if chosen, in which case the award will be given to another randomly selected entrant.
Prize Draw
- The Winners Prize will be awarded by a random draw.
- The Winner’s Prize will be a visit from Brighton & Hove Albion mascot Gully to a school.
- The Winner’s school must be located in West Sussex, East Sussex, or Brighton and Hove.
- The visit will be arranged to take place during summer term in 2026.
- For reasons outside of the Charity’s control, it may not be possible to arrange a visit in the agreed period, in which case all efforts will be made to rearrange.
- Winners will be notified of their success by email, using the email address used when completing their booking. The winner must respond to such notification promptly to confirm that they wish to receive their Prize. In the event that a winner does not provide such confirmation, BHAFC Foundation reserves the right to forfeit the Prize.
- The decision of the Charity regarding any aspect of the Prize Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Data Protection
- By entering this competition, we will be in touch with you about your participation in the BHAFC Foundation’s prize draw. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third-party suppliers only insofar as required for the fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. Personal details will only be used for marketing purposes if you have consented to receive future marketing from the Charity (you may have already done this if you have registered your details with us previously).
- The winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Prize Competition which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media. The winner has the right to choose not to participate in publicity.
