Fans support Foundation at WSL community matchday
Albion fans raised more than £1,000 to support the BHAFC Foundation during Sunday’s community matchday at Broadfield Stadium.
The Foundation team was stationed outside the stadium to raise awareness about the work of the charity and to raise money by selling raffle tickets to matchgoers.
Albion fans were generous in their support and bought over £1,000 worth of raffle tickets.
All money raised at the matchday will support the charity’s community work across Sussex.

Lucy Cotter, Fundraising Manager at the Foundation, was delighted to speak to so many friendly Albion fans before the game.
“We had a really great response on Sunday and so many fans stopped to speak to us, so that was really lovely to see,” she said.
“We managed to raise more than £1,000 on the day which is a fantastic sum.
“Thank you to everyone who donated or helped us out on the day – it was a great afternoon and the money we raised will really make a difference.”
