Throughout the year we run both weekly football sessions and holiday camps for people with a disability. We have a mixture of disability-specific and inclusive sessions for people of all ages at venues throughout Sussex.

To access these sessions, you will need to sign up to our disability membership programme for just £7 a month.

Disability-specific sessions take place on Monday, Tuesday and Sundays, and inclusive sessions happen every Saturday.

We have sessions for players with any of the following disabilities:

  • Down’s syndrome.
  • Partially-sighted or registered blind.
  • On the autistic spectrum.
  • An amputee or have a congenital limb deficiency.
  • Cerebral palsy and/or require a frame.
  • Deaf or hearing impairment.
  • Learning disabilities.
  • Adults who have or have had mental health problems.
  • A physical disability and/or are a wheelchair user.
