Trackers donated to Albion Memories
Albion fans with dementia have been gifted with specialist trackers to provide their families with peace of mind.
Albion Memories – a group for Albion fans with mild to moderate dementia – continues to play a vital role in helping people living with dementia stay involved within the local community, maintaining confidence, independence and a sense of belonging on matchdays and beyond.
Thanks to the generous gift from local electronics firm Hosiden Besson, participants in the Albion Memories programme have been provided with tracking devices designed to support everyday life.

These trackers help offer reassurance to both participants and their families, supporting independence while providing added peace of mind if someone becomes disorientated or lost.
The initiative reflects a shared commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and ensuring that football remains accessible to everyone, no matter the challenges they face. By combining practical technology with compassionate community support, Albion Memories continues to create safe, welcoming experiences that allow participants to enjoy matchdays with confidence.
Steve Tasker, General Manager of Hosiden Besson Ltd, said: “We’re delighted to support Albion Memories and the Foundation. Anything that helps people living with dementia continue to enjoy matchdays safely, while giving families peace of mind, is something we’re proud to be involved in.”

This collaboration highlights the power of making a meaningful difference, ensuring that the joy of football remains a source of comfort, familiarity and connection.
