BHAFC Foundation Fantasy Premier League (FPL) – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 

  1. By creating a Fantasy Premier League (FPL) account, you agree to the FPL T&Cs which can be found here.
  2. The promoter of this competition is Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation. On 1 August 2023, Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation will be renamed Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation (Foundation), registered Charity No. 1110978. Company limited by guarantee in England and Wales (No.5122343). The registered charity address is Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation, American Express Stadium, Village Way, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 9BL. 

How to enter

  1. To enter the BHAFC Foundation prize competition, a participating individual must complete the BHAFC Foundation Fantasy Premier League registration form found on the BHAFC Foundation website. 
  2. BHAFC Foundation accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind.
  3. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact  fundraising@bhafcfoundation.org.uk
  4. BHAFC Foundation reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
  5. Participants will be sent the unique code to enter the BHAFC Foundation private league upon completion of their registration.

Eligibility

  1. This prize competition is open to anyone over the age of 13. 
  2. Entrants under 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering this prize competition. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.  
  3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. BHAFC Foundation reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.

Prize Draw

  1. The Winners Prize will be awarded to the Player who, according to the Fantasy Premier League’s determination, is at the top of the private leaderboard at the end of the 2023/24 season.
  2. The Winner’s Prize will be a BHAFC 2023/24 home shirt signed by the men’s first team. 
  3. The Monthly Prize will be awarded to the Player who according to the Premier League’s determination is at the top of the private league leaderboard published at the end of each monthly period during the season. The exact timing of when to select a winner and award this Prize is at the discretion of BHAFC Foundation.
  4. The Monthly Prize (one each month during the season) shall consist of (subject to availability) a BHAFC themed item up to the value of £20. 
  5. If a player registers in the BHAFC Foundation’s private league after the start of the season, they agree and understand that their ability to gain points will be limited to the number of remaining game weeks as per Fantasy Premier League’s point system.
  6. Winners will be notified of their success by email, using the email address used when registering via the BHAFC Foundation website. Each winner must respond to such notification within twenty-eight (28) days to confirm that they wish to receive their Prize. In the event that a winner does not provide such confirmation, BHAFC Foundation reserves the right to forfeit the Prize.
  7. The decision of the Charity regarding any aspect of the Prize Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

Data Protection

  1. By entering this competition, we will be in touch with you about your participation in the BHAFC Foundation’s private Fantasy Premier League competition. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. Personal details will only be used for marketing purposes if you have consented to receive future marketing from the Charity (you may have already done this if you have registered your details with us previously). 
  2. The winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the Prize Competition which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media. The winner has the right to choose not to participate in publicity.
