Summary Terms and Conditions

Entry to the free draw is provided for anyone who has signed up to support BHAFC Foundation as a Community Champion by 23:59 BST by the 12 March 2024. One entry per Community Champion. Promoter: BHAFC Foundation, American Express Community Stadium, Village Way, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 9BL.

Full Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is open to anyone who has signed up to support BHAFC Foundation as a Community Champion.
2. The prize is one Brighton & Hove Albion home shirt signed by players of the men’s 23/24 first team, a BHAFC Foundation scarf and BHAFC Foundation mug.
3. Promotion Period: Entries by existing Community Champions and any new sign ups to the Community Champions scheme between 00:00 BST on 4 March 2024 and 23:59 BST on 12 March 2024 inclusive.
4. To enter: Sign up a monthly direct debit as a Community Champion to support BHAFC Foundation.
5. Maximum of one entry is permitted per Community Champion during the Promotion Period.
6. Further Claim Details and Conditions:
   6a) The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you become a Community Champion in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your claim will be rejected, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from claiming future promotions for a period of at least six months.
   6b) The signed shirt is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the signed shirt is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that signed shirt for another of equal or greater value.7. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the signed shirt, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

   8. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

   9. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained.    10. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

   11. By signing up to become a Community Champion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

   12. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

   13. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
