Albion in the Community has launched a new initiative aimed at helping people in Brighton and Hove boost their physical and mental wellbeing during lockdown and beyond. In the short-term, the charity’s Neighbourhood Health Squad is keen to help minimise the potential negative impacts of lockdown on people’s activity levels, diet, and mental health. The
