The Steven Edwards – “What a Difference a Day Makes” – Dinner

Immerse yourself in a culinary experience on the most unique day of 2024, Leap Day.
It’s a day that comes only once every four years, and we’re inviting you to join us for a unique evening of fundraising while enjoying a three-course dining experience crafted by BBC’s Masterchef: The Professionals winner, Steven Edwards. This exclusive event will highlight what a difference a day can make for the lives supported by BHAFC Foundation.
Guests will also have access to a private tour of the home player’s dressing room and tread the footsteps of legendary figures through the tunnel itself. But it doesn’t stop there – you’ll have the rare opportunity to have your photo taken in the dugout and see the pitch from De Zerbi’s perspective.
The evening will take place in the Amex Stadium’s Tunnel Club, and feature a raffle and live auction, hosted by star of stage and screen Brian Capron, with exclusive prizes on offer. There will also be some special guests dining at the event.

The money raised from this unique evening will go directly towards BHAFC Foundation’s core community programmes, helping young people in Sussex to get active, learn new skills and improve their wellbeing.

– Welcome glass of Nyetimber Brut Reserve and canapes
– Marmite bread and seaweed butter
– Burrata with char-grilled sourdough and vegetables from Farmer Tom
– Beef with celeriac and three seasonal side dishes
– Poached rhubarb with set custard and sorrel
