Our player pathway provides an opportunity for young players aged five to 16 years old who want to advance their skills and develop their footballing ability.
With regular high-quality coaching and training, we provide a route for progression from Pathway Centres to Advanced Centres and then our Elite Centres (for boys) and Emerging Talent Centre (for girls), which sit directly below Brighton & Hove Albion’s academy structure.
Our Pathway Centres are open to join, with opportunities to progress to Advanced Centres and beyond.

Financial support available
Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation believes that our fees should not present a barrier to participants who are able to benefit from the opportunities that we offer. We therefore hold back a small percentage of places at our paid-for activities for those in greater need who require financial assistance to attend the sessions.
