Our latest Kick Off The Weight cohort managed to lose a fantastic total of 102.7kg collectively. 15 men from across Sussex embarked on their weight loss journey 12 weeks ago, going on to lose an average of 6.8kg each over the course of the programme. An American Express (Amex) colleague awards event has raised more than £27,000 for the Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation at American Express’ annual Travel & Lifestyle Services Community Awards.
