Children who attend Albion in the Community’s (AITC) Premier League Kicks sessions have begun to benefit from a boot appeal we held in February. Before the men’s fixture against Aston Villa on 26 February we held a boot collection outside the American Express Community Stadium, asking Albion fans to donate their unused or unwanted football
Albion academy stars making a difference in the community
Throughout the 2021/22 season Albion academy scholars have been getting involved in local communities across Sussex. Young players have been working to get closer to local people by coaching football sessions, joining children at schools, and supporting wellbeing sessions. AITC ambassadors win PFA Award
Each season Albion in the Community (AITC) are asked by the Professional Footballers Association (PFA) to nominate two players – one from within both senior squads – who deserve praise for their contribution toward the local community.
