Brighton girls after-school club get surprise Albion visit

Girls at Queen’s Park Primary School in Brighton were treated to a surprise visit by two Albion stars.

Vicky Losada and Pauline Bremer both travelled to Queen’s Park to surprise the girls football team with a visit.

Vicky and Pauline, who are both official community ambassadors for the BHAFC Foundation this season, joined in with the girls after-school football session.

The two stars chipped in by running some coaching drills, providing encouragement from the sidelines, and Vicky even joined in their game at the end of the session.

They also shared their top football tips with the girls, giving them some invaluable advice that could help them develop as young footballers.

Rob Josephs, Education and Employability manager at the Foundation, was delighted to have the pair visit Queen’s Park.

“Having players come and visit a session is so exciting for the kids, they get so much out of it.

“Vicky and Pauline have both been fantastic today.

“They’re great with the children and they’ve both really got stuck in today, which is what we love to see. The kids, the players, and the coaches have all had a fantastic day.

“The girls at Queen’s Park have been developing really well over the past few months, and we’re happy to have been able to reward them with this visit.

“Promoting girls’ football is a key target for us, and hopefully this visit will help inspire even more young girls at Queen’s Park to start playing.”
