Quiz night raises over £4k for Foundation
The BHAFC Foundation’s first charity quiz night in the 1901 Pub raised more than £4,000 earlier this month.
Dozens of Albion fans joined in at a sold-out evening at the Amex Stadium on 21 October, which saw 22 teams go head-to-head testing their trivia chops.
They were joined by Albion women’s first team stars Emily Murphy and Caitlin Hayes, who tried their hand at some of the quiz rounds and treated fans to a Q&A about life as a WSL player.
Fan-favourite Rich Reynolds was once again the MC for the evening. The event raised £4,300 in total, which will go directly towards supporting the Foundation’s community work across Sussex.

Mark Barkaway, Head of Marketing and Income Generation at the charity, said: “We’re pleased to report another successful quiz night in aid of the BHAFC Foundation, and a fantastic sum raised totalling over £4,000.
“This was our first quiz night at the 1901 Pub and we have to say it’s a fantastic venue, a perfect atmosphere for a pub quiz and one I’m sure our fans really enjoyed.
“Thank you to all of the supporters who came along for the evening – we hope to see you at the next one!”
