Marathon and 10K runners raise over £6k
Albion fans, staff members, and fundraisers have raised more than £6,000 for the BHAFC Foundation at the Brighton Marathon and 10K.
Around 30 runners set off from Preston Park representing the Foundation, with 5 of them completing the full marathon and the rest tackling the 10K circuit.
After weeks of fundraising the group has managed to raise a total of £6,400, with more still to come.
The runners were supported by a cheer squad of staff members and volunteers, providing a much needed morale boost and some energy-boosting snacks.

Lucy Cotter, Fundraising Manager at the Foundation, said she was proud of every runner representing the Foundation.
“We had a fantastic number of people representing the charity this year, one of our biggest groups yet.
“Everyone on Team Foundation did an amazing job, and it was also great to see such a large cheer squad helping them along.
“Thank you to everyone involved on the day, the money raised will go a long way.”
