Foundation players receive England call-ups
Seven young players in the BHAFC Foundation’s disability football programme have received call-ups to represent England in the FA’s Para Talent Pathway. The group will all be part of the National Emerging Talent Programme for 16-19 year olds; one of the final steps on the Talent Pathway before representing England in senior internationals. Cerebral Palsy side enjoy league success
Brighton & Hove Albion Cerebral Palsy FC enjoyed a rare opportunity to host league fixtures at the club’s training ground in Lancing. The Seagulls compete in the National CP Football League, and last Saturday they hosted sides from Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea in competitive league action. The BHAFC Cerebral Palsy squad celebrated success at the Spurs CP Super Cup last month. The Seagulls took home the plate trophy after beating hosts Spurs 1-0 in the final.
